- High Season: 9am-11am/ 2pm- 8pm
- Low Season : 9am-11am/ 2pm- 6pm
- For accommodation rentals:

For departures :

- Before 11am

- Before 10am (any stay beyond this time will be charged to the guest as an extra night)

What should I do if I arrive late?

Is there any internet and/or WiFi on-site?
Internet is included in your rental price.

Is it possible to rent out a bicycle directly from the establishment?
It is indeed possible to rent out a bicycle directly from the establishment and on-site.

Can I order viennoiserie pastries and/or baguettes from the campsite?
Pastries and baguettes can be ordered during High Season only. Guests can order these foodstuffs at the reception desk of the campsite to make sure their pastries and/or baguettes are available to collect from the grocery shop the next morning.

How do I book my stay at the campsite?

When should I pay for my reservation?
Payment for reservation: 30 days before arrival date (any reservation paid for after this date will be cancelled). Book your stay via FLOA – see terms and conditions for FLOA at https://www.floabank.fr/

Can I sign up for a cancellation guarantee? How do I cancel my reservation?
When you make your reservation, Country Park suggests that you take out cancellation insurance operated by NEAT insurance.
Find the conditions and guarantees of the NEAT insurance contract by clicking here.
If you took out our cancellation insurance when you booked, you can cancel your reservation up to the day before the start date of your stay.
If you did not take out our cancellation insurance when you booked, no refund will be made.

Can I pay for my stay using ANCV holiday vouchers?
Yes, you can pay for your stay using ANCV holiday vouchers by sending them to the campsite by post or handing them in directly. Your reservation will be confirmed once your vouchers have been received by the Country Park campsite.

Does the campsite accept VACAF holiday vouchers?
No, our campsite does not accept VACAF holiday vouchers.
Leisure Activities

Are swimming shorts allowed in the swimming pool?
Yes, swimming shorts are allowed in the swimming pool. Wetsuits and burkinis are not permitted.
Groups and events

Can we organize an event (birthdays, bachelorette parties, cousins, etc.)?
For any gathering for a family event or other, you must make a prior request to the campsite, which reserves the right to accept or refuse it.
The campsite will refuse any wild gathering that has not been authorized in writing in advance.
