What are the arrival and departure times?
Concerning arrivals :
- For pitches :
- High season: 9-11 a.m. and 2-6 p.m.
- Low season: 9-11 a.m. and 2-6 p.m.
- For rental accommodation:
- High season: 3-6 p.m.
- Low season: 3-6 p.m.
Concerning departures :
- For pitches :
- Before 11 a.m.
- For rental accommodation:
- Before 10 a.m. (After this time, an additional night will be charged)

Is there an Internet connection (WIFI)?
Internet connection is directly included in the rental price.

Is it possible to rent bicycles directly on site?
No bike rental.

Can I order pastries and baguettes at the campsite?
In high season only: you can place your order at the campsite reception desk the day before and pick up your viennoiseries and/or baguettes at the grocery store the next morning.

When should the balance be paid?
Balance payment: 30 days before arrival date (after the balance payment date, the reservation is cancelled). Bookings via FLOA – please see FLOA’s terms and conditions at https://www.floabank.fr/

Can I take out cancellation insurance? How do I cancel my reservation?
When you make your reservation, Country Park offers you the option of taking out cancellation insurance operated by NEAT assurances. Click here to find out more about the terms and conditions of the NEAT insurance policy. If you have taken out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, you can cancel your reservation up to the day before the start of your stay. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance at the time of booking, no refund will be made.

Can I pay with ANCV vacation vouchers?
Yes, you can send them to us by post or drop them off at the campsite. Reservations are taken into account once the ANCV cheques have been received at our Country Park campsite.

Does the campsite accept VACAF vouchers?
No, our campsite does not accept VACAF vouchers.
Leisure

Are swimming shorts allowed at the pool?
Swimming shorts are permitted in our pool. However, burkinis or wetsuits are prohibited.
Groups and events

Can we organize an event (birthdays, EVG/EVJF, cousinades...)?
For all family or other gatherings, you must make a prior request to the campsite, which reserves the right to accept or refuse. The campsite will not accept any unauthorized gatherings without prior written authorization.
